Nutritionist Deepsikha Jain suggested four foods to stay away from if you want clear and glowing skin.

1. Dairy


Jain suggests avoiding dairy since it is an inflammatory food. Consuming it can cause more inflammation in your gut – which is a direct reflection of your skin.

2. Processed Foods And Snacks


To have clear skin, avoid processed foods and snacks. The nutritionist shares that processed foods have refined sugar, artificial adulterations, and also unhealthy fats that can create more inflammation in your gut and weaken it. This would directly impact your skin issues and acne.

3. Excess Refined Sugar


Nutritionist Deepsikha Jain shares that consuming refined sugar in excess can increase your insulin and your blood sugar spike. This can accelerate your skin ageing process and make you look older at an early age.

4. Fried Food


Fried food produces free radicals which have a direct impact on your skin's ageing process. It can cause more inflammation in your gut and make your skin worse.
